We will stop sending you emails promptly, and no later than 10 business days after your request.Who we share information withWe share your information only with service providers who help us run the Site and newsletter:
• Kit (kit.com), which stores our subscriber list and sends our emails
• Carrd (carrd.co), which hosts the Site
• Google Analytics, which measures Site traffic and usageThese providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of that country. We choose providers that protect personal information to standards comparable to ours.We may also disclose information if required by law.CookiesThe Site uses cookies from Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage, such as which pages are visited and how visitors find the Site. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's opt-out browser add-on. The Site will still work if you do.How long we keep your informationWe keep your newsletter information for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we remove your details from our active mailing list. We may keep a minimal record of your email address and unsubscribe date, so that we can honour your request and demonstrate compliance with the law.Your rightsYou have the right to:

• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time
